There were really good people working there. I really enjoyed my time there. There was a good team environment.

Used to be stable place to work, especially in Iowa Decent benefit plan

Cons

Too many divisions/ units and no coordination. Too decentralized. Top management does not want to address issues among themselves and leave the discussions to managers

Globally has a vision worth buying into. RIsk, compliance functions extremely good. Has its act together in the US and Europe. In Asia direct marketing is a competitive advantage but little else.

Cons

Asia business needs greater direction. Lack of trust and management team dysfunctional.
