      Can think of Not a single one.

      Cons

      This is a company run by middle management. When you work for 14 years at a position without understanding financial terms and analysis, and you ask for a promotion, you get it. Beware of these guys. I would rather be jobless than to work with this company. I was lucky to be stuck with them for just under a year. Company CEO and global CEO left within a month of each other. That should tell you the whole story.

      There is a lot of chance to make additional income if you try hard enough. There is a lot of ability to move up in the company.

      Starting salary is very low and turnover is high.

      Higher than average starting salaries.

      Cons

      Management doesn't spend the time to train employees, and they are all so worried about their own jobs becoming irrelevant that they hoard information. Trust levels were at historic lows when I left, people weren't willing to complete engagement surveys. This place is the epitome of kiss up and kick down.
