This is by far one of the most organized and professional agency I've come across throughout my nursing career. Firstly, the convenience of doing all the paperwork through email and fax, means that I don't have to travel all the way to New Jersey. Secondly, they will keep in touch with you throughout the registration process and won't judge you b/c you're late with the documents they'll just reschedule you at your convenience. Overall the pay rate is great, when I get my RN I look forward to working with Aequor, the pay is excellent.

Great office and support staff, they listen to your individual needs and requests and they don't hold it against you if you pass up an assignment because it doesn't fit your criterium

Just the usual that happens with any Staffing company, you have downtimes where you are scrambling to find work

I really have enjoyed working for Aequor for the last 10 plus year. I have seen a transformation of this company over many years. It grew from a few people company to where it stands today due to the hardwork of each team member. Great teams, really work together and a very diversified culture. People respect each other and are always ready to help each other.

Cons

There are always cons in every company but I would be underestimating the positivity and potential of this organization if I start highlight any of them as they might be taken out of context
