Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

- Will get you a project, but will leave you there to dry. They will not even check on you. - If you have questions or needs assistance and you email or call your supervisor, you will NEVER get a reply. Calls goes to VM, emails to a blackhole. - If you incur expenses for the project, forget about it. you won't get it back. - Expensive medical benefits

Pros

casual work environment, easy to get to location

Cons

This is one of the worst run companies I have ever been a part of starting with (lack of) leadership. It is a free for all, with senior employees having a strong influence with the main manager, allowing them to do whatever they want with therapists and clients. They will do whatever makes them happy no matter what(you've been warned) and walk all over you. There are no rules with therapists, no account management structure, and no cooperation between teams and divisions. To succeed in this organization, you can't have a conscious. You have to put your success over your team or company success. Leadership, starting from the very top, does not know operations and only cares about revenue. You also have to work with very small margins so I am not sure how the company stays in business with all the people that come and go. They do not reveal financial information to employees, except revenue. Most employees that I know that work here are looking for other jobs and leave as soon as they get one.
