      - W2? However, from a tax perspective, it would have been better for me to be a 1099 contractor. - I didn't need to justify every hour of my day as a remote employee. - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Timecard system.. Annoying and archaic. - Communication.. I had negotiated a raise, but then my recruiter rescinded it one week later. I had to renegotiate for half the price of the original raise and they acted like I better be grateful. It was unprofessional.

      Pros

      Hands down, the worst professional experience of my life. The only pros would be some of the people you work with, which is the only thing that keeps someone working at a bad company, so it's hard to attribute that to Aequor specifically. The good people would be good whether or not they work here or not.

      Cons

      So many bad hires for higher level positions, since they couldn't be bothered to promote anyone from within, beyond a bogus director of this-or-that title, with no real salary increase and . The rockstar/heavy hitter hires never lasted, but at least it was hilarious to watch the world burn as they quit or got fired. Poor pay Poor transparency of your commission Poor corporate support Overall a huge cluster
