Pros

Pretty independent. I've been able to work directly with my clients and submit a weekly timesheet.

Cons

Contracts are on a yearly as-need basis and you have to fill info out every time. Management is nearly non-existent and there are no good benefits besides the higher base pay. Insurance, 401k, any other benefits aren't good for the job role with the company.

*remote work friendly *opportunity to build/hone recruitment skills

Cons

*oversaturated market in target industries, can be difficult for new recruiters to build a pipeline *cold calls/ texts are expected to be made but aren't effective/ outdated but management anticipates the more dials made the more deals will be closed. however, dialing the same people over and over leads to more candidates unsubscribing to communications and lost opportunities *many employees have been let go, naturally makes remaining staff on edge

My Recruiter was absolutely incredible and responsive.

Cons

The health insurance is terrible. They never responded to a Dr.‘s appointment bill and I was hit with a collections account because of them. Was never even notified that it was happening until it happened
