Pros

Nothing good to say about them

Cons

Everything is a mirage. They portray themselves as a legitimate company that has successfully delivered services to corporations. While they have a few clients, most obtained via "friends," many other clients and consultants leave. - They lie to prospects about work they've performed - They have little or no technical processes in place - They screw up projects, then beg clients to give them a second chance; they've been kicked off client vendor lists - They treat all employees, including consultants, especially H1s like dogs (except for their family members, and those loyal to them) - also see www.desicrunch.com - as a result, there is continual employee turnover - They try to shortchange their own suppliers If you were smart enough to read their reviews here and on www.desicrunch.com, don't waste your time even considering any job with this company.

Pros

After spending my early career at small and mid-size companies, I'm so appreciative of the kind of benefits a company the size of TherapyStaff can offer. Our health insurance covers virtually everything I need, I got 12 weeks of maternity leave fully paid, the 401k plan is great. They even offer pet insurance! Beyond the benefits plan, I'm legitimately happy here. My colleagues are fun and respectful and my manager is also supportive.

Cons

It's challenging to think of any besides some of the "red tape" associated with working through processes at a large company. Certain processes like getting contracts signed or budget approvals are very formal and time consuming.

Pros

I guess working here is better than being unemployed, even though it's only slightly better than being in the real life movie Horrible Bosses.

Cons

Low pay, very little commission, no team leadership, uncaring people obsessed with revenue only, negative and toxic environment with too much stress, too many meetings, unreasonable expectations and demands, there is no clue about low morale of recruiters, the turnover rate is extremely high due to people quitting or getting fired
