Good to work as long as you are not participating in office gossips because it tends to sway you away from your work leading to a dip in performance. If you are proving your worth, no boady will ask you a single question.

They have good hold on client.

Cons

Poor India management. No work ethics. They can fire you anytime, no matter how good you are. they dont give growth opportunities to old employees. They dont trust their employees. I worked for 5 years and was a performer. But they have pathetic India management, handled by Mr. Devinder Pal. They hire unprofessional & underqualified people. Have so many attritions in India office. No salary hike even if you are a performer.
