      Pros

      I'm currently employed at Aequor. I've been working here for approximately two months. Management is great. I have a great work life balance. There is a diversity of employees who are passionate about their jobs and the success of the organization. Human Resources fosters team building activities and promotes great morale. The office environment is beautiful, professional and the company is growing.

      Cons

      I'm fairly new to the company. So far it's great and I don't have any Cons.

      Pros

      Got to work with Aequor for 4 plus years. Had a great, exciting time during my tenure. The job was a little stressful because of innovative ideas and technologies that Aequor was working on during our project. The offshore team was great as they really added a lot of value and prided themselves on quality of their deliverables.

      Cons

      Not many to think of but benefits could be enhanced even though the company had competitive benefits compared to some of the companies of their size.
