This month Aequor Technologies celebrated 15 years of success. We have a very diverse group of employees and a strong team, who cares about the future success of Aequor. Our employees are dedicated and have great work ethics. It's a great place to work 7/30/2013.

Cons

Great Benefits, but additional supplemental benefits would be great and help retention.

If you work in this company , and in the future if you own gas station or grocery store, you will be on top of that.

Once you get interviewd, project and everything is confirmed, you will get a cal lfrom Kamal, hey client has told to reduce some rate, so we can't pay what we discussed. By any mean they will convience you. For salary : good luck if you get it on time. oh we have already sent that, is the answer you get. third world mentlaity No respect for employees sometime it looks like human trafficing entity All sale is the profit mentality God bless them

*** you wont find much reviews as, no one cares and most leaves in 6 -12 months *** Check Blog by Name AEQUOR for detailed Information * Will Fire you as soon as Finds your Cheaper Replacement * will fire you as soon as Project Done/ Client Quits / Payment not received * No Learning , As only work they have is either rejected by companies or Consider as Monotonous * No Decision Power with anyone , all goes to CEO , takes months to reply * Increment only To Leads * No Regards to Policies * Odd timing * No Indian Holiday * No Addition benefits
