Everything else. Management is very poor with no structure. Pay is poor. Work/Life balance is completely missing. Benefits are bad. Small company and tons of drama. No moral compass. Dont even consider this place, please

Cool products with freebies on occasion.

Cons

Inconsistent management across the board, expensive and expensive to use benefits with the company not picking up part of the tab like other companies. Open working space meaning you're practically in the lap of the person next to you and lots of noise that customers can hear. Inexperienced management is a big problem.
