Pros

At first everything is great; the amount of lying that they say about “good’ changes coming for the department is a straight LIE. They tell you that you are doing great but as soon as you try to move departments they will not let you. They will tell you being consistent is the key- which is to make them rich and for the employee to burn themselves. If a position is open within the department they rather hire someone from the outside then move you to that positions. They want you to be a slave, they will tell you that you are taking to much PTO (when THOSE ARE YOUR HOURS). They are money hungry, they will treat you badly to make you feel like you are not doing your job correctly due to the fact that they did not make the money goal for the week/month.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we're disappointed to hear that your time with us didn't reflect the positive culture we strive to maintain, your feedback is important and will be taken seriously. At the core of our company values is a deep commitment to taking care of our employees and delivering world-class service to our customers. We believe the strength of our company is built on the success, growth, and well-being of our team members. It’s disheartening to hear that you felt unsupported in your professional development and that communication around departmental opportunities may not have met expectations. We recognize that transparency, fairness, and internal mobility are essential, and we are actively working to improve these areas. Concerns about how PTO is handled, how performance is measured, and how advancement is approached are all important to us. These issues are being reviewed by leadership, and your feedback will help inform that process. We also appreciate your comments regarding the leadership in the Sleep Billing Department. We are committed to holding all leaders accountable to our core values and ensuring that every team member feels respected, empowered, and heard. Thank you again for your feedback. While we regret that your experience did not reflect our intentions, we are always looking to grow and do better—both for our employees and for the customers who trust us.

Pros

Leadership that walks the walk. Our CEO is the real deal — approachable, present, and actively engaged in the day-to-day. It’s not uncommon to see him in the halls or jumping in to help with a project. Collaborative culture. While titles exist, egos don’t. There’s a real sense of teamwork across all departments — people roll up their sleeves and work together. Fun and quirky vibe. We embrace individuality and creativity. From themed dress-up days to laugh-out-loud Slack threads, the culture is uniquely Aeroflow — in the best way. Mission-driven impact. It feels good to know your work helps improve lives through greater healthcare access. That sense of purpose is real. Room to grow. There are opportunities for those who take initiative, with leaders who genuinely support internal mobility and development.

Cons

The pace can be fast and priorities shift quickly, which tends to happen in growing organizations — which isn’t for everyone. But if you’re adaptable and thrive in a high-energy environment, you’ll likely love it here.

Pros

The company has grown rapidly over the past few years, which brings a lot of opportunities for improvement and leaders are genuinely open to new ideas and trying different approaches. I’ve been with Aeroflow for four years now, which is longer than I’ve stayed anywhere else. Typically, I start to feel bored and look for a new challenge, but that hasn’t happened here. There’s always something new to work on, whether within my current role or exploring opportunities across other teams and departments. The environment encourages growth and adaptability, which keeps things interesting and rewarding.

Cons

With rapid growth, some managers are still developing their leadership skills and could benefit from additional training and support. That said, the company seems to recognize this and has been actively working to place people in roles that align with their strengths (both to support individual success and to strengthen teams overall).
