I work Mon-Fri 8-5, no weekends and I make good money. I now have time to work full-time and have a family! I love working for Aeroflow! They really make you feel appreciated here

Cons

Not many reasons not to work here. Every job can be a challenge at times but Aeroflow is consistently striving to have engaged employees

Pros

The best part of the job was that for a spell I had intelligent, kind and generous co-workers. However, most of them have moved on to greener pastures like me.

Cons

Aeroflow makes a lot of promises of upward mobility and success, but the reality is that the company is not in the position to pay their employees adequately, and although it is growing, promotions are reserved for a narrow demographic (read: white, middle-aged men). Deeply rooted misogyny and racism among the upper management and executive team is ever-present and frequently overlooked by people who should know better. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was not valued as an individual and that if I expressed an opinion that dissented from the company's agenda (profits over patients/employees) I was going to be reprimanded one way or another.
