      Pros

      As you can see alot of the positive reviews on here are very vague. This is because thier HR sends out emails for you to stop working and leave postivie comments so their reviews for thier company doesn't look bad. This way they can get more cannidates. Don't fall for it. The pics that they have posted - only a handful of those people still work there.

      Cons

      They are a growing company with ALOT of growing pains. You can be thrown into a position that if it fails due to procedures they have in place...you will be blamed and fired. There is alot of finger pointing in this company. This causes alot of stress. They pray on younger employees who strive to make something of themselves but use them and then throw them out to dry. There is always someone younger and dumber to do the job at half the price. The company is growing, but don't expect to grow with it.

      Hard Workers Beware

      Pros

      It was a job, as long as you do your work you should be ok.

      Cons

      You don't get anywhere unless you know someone or are tight with employees. They never do team meetings with outside offices. They give you insurance company claims that literally were not worked since the previous biller worked them which can be months to a year. You never get caught up with any of the billing. They don't train you properly with selling of equipment in outside offices so you're basically on your own.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were absolutely a blast to work for. It is certainly a family atmosphere, where everyone looks out for the other whenever there are questions to be answered and help needed. I enjoyed seeing the smiling faces on patients faces whenever you delivered equipment to their house, in order to help them live a better life. Management is great and always looking for ways to improve the company, if someone in the company has ideas they are willing to listen.

      Dealing with Insurances can be a pain for sure
