      Pros

      I have been working for Aeroflow for a little over two months and so far and am very happy with where I am at. More specifically the people are what make this company such a great place. Every day it seems as though everyone is in a positive mood and are never above helping you out when you need it. Aeroflow is a relaxed environment that is always striving to be better. There is plenty of room for growth inside the company. So far it is a great company to work for filled with pleasant people. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about applying.

      Cons

      Finding a place to park in the parking lot is a little bit of a challenge but it's hardly worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Aeroflow Healthcare offers a great and friendly work environment. The upper management and CEO really care about there employees and will help in anyway possible to resolve issues you are having they are dedicated to the company's mission to improving the quality of life. Aeroflow offers multiple team building activities which helps build the relationship with co-workers and management improving your ability to work as a team. My time at Aeroflow has been very relaxing and I'm happy to walk in the door everyday. There are multiple opportunity to grow in the company in my short time here we have expanded departments and added multiple positions to combat the workload.

      Cons

      Multiple changes on how things are done however in return they have always been a benefit to my co-workers and myself as well as growing the company. Parking can be a little aggravating but they are resolving the issue.

      Pros

      Aeroflow makes a real effort to create a happy and productive work environment. The CEO is 100% genuine...he cares about the employees and is dedicated to the company's mission to improving people's quality of life. This company is going places; and best of all, they are doing it for the right reasons.

      Cons

      The workload can be overwhelming at times. More accurate growth projections along with staffing levels would alleviate this problem.
