I have worked full time at Aeroflow for just over two years. During this time I have had the opportunity to move into a leadership role in my original department, and later transfer to a whole different department. This company is very fast paced and always changing (which is a reflection of the industry) Management is very open to new ideas, and has embraced the constant changes. I am constantly asked for my feedback. I also very much enjoy the family atmosphere here, everyone really looks out for each other! The office has that Cheers feeling, where everybody knows your name.

I started with this company in an inside sales position almost 5 years ago. I have worked in several departments since then, and have moved into a management position. This company truly prides itself on developing leadership from within. There are constantly new opportunities coming open for people who earn them. In an industry that is struggling, Aeroflow has figured out how to be a key player and continue to grow in the market. There is also an openness amongst the leadership that you don't find in most companies. Even the top executives care what you think, and encourage new ideas.
