Pros

I have been with the company almost 4 years. There has been so much growth within the company which has led to many career opportunities for those who work hard! Upper management works very hard to develop and produce leaders internally. The company genuinely cares about their patients as well as their staff and are continuously looking for ways to improve to make it a place where all staff feel as if they are part of the Aeroflow family. Great place to be if you are looking for growth as a professional and to just enjoy where you work!

Cons

Very fast paced environment so you need to be able to adapt to changes quickly. However you are given the tools needed to make those changes easily.

Aeroflow's a fun place to work. My supervisor and coworkers are extremely friendly and personable. They are very accommodating and flexible with your work schedule

Cons

Benefits could be better, as it takes a year to accrue paid time.

Pros

Co-workers are great! New ideas are received with an open mind by exec team. The harder you work, the greater the reward. The company has more than doubled since I began working here.

Cons

Benefits could use a bit of a boost, but I believe that will come as the company continues to grow.
