I like the work at Aerotech. It keeps me interested and learning new things. I also like the people I work with.

Cons

Some of the benefits (vacation, sick time,....) aren't as good as they could/should be.

Pros

Competitive pay. Good work/life balance, OT is not mandatory. Paid holidays, vacation and sick time. Profit sharing bonuses. Employee stock ownership. 401K. Health, dental, eye, life, insurance. Clean and safe work environment. People are polite and respectful. Lots of on the job training opportunities and they'll pay tuition for school if you want to go. They promote from within. Job security, they don't do layoffs. All in all......you can tell they genuinely value their workforce.
