* Engineers that are really good at what they do. * Engineers care about the product. * Foster a culture of learning and carefully helping engineers grow. * Very humble software department and very transparent. * Team Leaders work really hard to make sure you don't go over 40 hours/week. Great work life balance.

Cons

* Average pay. This is minor compared to the pros though.

Aerotech has "big" company potential, with a "small" company feel. It's a privilege to work with this group of incredibly intelligent, motivated team members. Aerotech focuses on internal promotion and career path, as well as talent recognition. Good paying, great benefits, friendly atmosphere'd work place.

Cons

Some processes are stuck as "we've always done it this way", however, much growth has been made in this area.
