Pros

Appearance of well functioning company. Basic requirements of an employer are met.

Cons

Toxic work culture. A number of “experts” who aren’t really. Management is not interested in hiring people to provide solutions- they are only interested in yes-men that will push buttons as they say.

People act nice, that’s about it

Cons

HR is not very good at communication, non-competitive salaries, average benefits, purchasing agents don’t understand what the parts they buy are actually used for, building feels more like a prison than office due to the size and grimness of it, no room for advancement

Great profit sharing and employee stock program, Benefits packages are ok.

Cons

Little room for advancement, Always seem to be rushing to meet ship dates, lack of planning is just amazing. Management doesn't care as long as they hit their numbers for the quarter. Stupid rules that are not documented well...
