Pros

Atmosphere is friendly and and extremely helpful

Cons

Some of leadership is not helpful and they only follow their orders, no grey areas and accommodations are hard to get. The compensation could be better for the effort you have to put in to the job. Unless an emergency, you are meant to find your own coverage when requesting time off, supervisors and management do not help.

Pros

The company definitely has some room for improvement, when I started with the company we were working very long hours for very little pay. It was a rat race for sure, but the coworkers and people around you either make or break the situation. I stayed for 5 years, because I loved the team I worked with and was promoted. If you're not hitting contest, or getting promoted to different positions within the company it might not be worth it for you!

Cons

Low training period pay. Lower base pay than most other recruiting roles.
