Pros

Most coworkers are pleasant, but the old heads are twisted.

Cons

Work life balance is number 1. Brown nose to get promoted. 3% to 10% on net profits. Corporate will still shave off the 17% percent cost to employ someone on a direct hire...why?

Pros

Decent happy hours, cool people

Cons

12+ hour days, no work life balance, COLT LIKE ATTITUDE. This is the ultimate brain wash scheme. Don't fall for it...they have a high starting salary to reel in quality people. After being there for 2 weeks I saw what they were all about. NOTHING GOOD!!! Do yourself a favor-if you are a college grad do not waste your time. You are better than this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Working for this place was the biggest mistake of my career.

Pros

The more I think about it, there really aren't any.

Cons

Was I discriminated against? Yes. As someone who is married with children, I was treated differently because I didn't want to go to "taco Tuesday" or "thirsty Thursday". I apologize for not being 23 years old, but spending 15 years in the military was a better experience. As a member of the National Guard, I was "counseled" for attending required training for two weeks. I was told that my being gone would be detrimental to the company and that I had better be on my best behavior because management didn't like that I had to be gone. Ridiculous.
