Pros

They often have happy hours

Cons

Literally everything else about the job. It will suck your soul and end in panic attacks. Good luck

Pros

the people! Mostly higher entry level grads and I was able to make some great, life long friends

Cons

a revolving door. extremely unattainable numbers and constant pressure to hit said numbers. Was nearly JUST a stepping stone to a better opportunity. Expected to work 12 hrs a day, and sometimes even weekends. If you don't work these hours, they punish you and make you feel like you don't do your job. There are many other great first jobs out there- don't waste your life away!!

Pros

You make lifelong friends (mostly because you are all being mistreated and overworked unhealthily all together and you bond over that). Great introductory training.

Cons

Everyone there is a walking HR violation. They pry into your personal life to use your personal story against you. They question you as a human being and someone is always crying there. The Account Managers go out and secretly drink while the Recruiters slave away. The company is filled with cheating wives, husbands, boyfriends, and girlfriends. You watch infidelity happen all the time. You are expected to work serious over time without appropriate compensation. You are expected to work on lunch breaks illegally. They are extremely manipulative and going in-house to work in Big Tech was the best decision. Some people stay for the fun, but the ones who are aware of how toxic the cycle is and how it not only impacts your professional life, but your personal life, are smart enough to leave. So much bad, they had to rebrand to where they no longer call themselves Aerotek.
