There are maybe 5 nice people in this company.

Cons

Hands down one of the most toxic places I have ever worked at. There needs to be a complete overhaul of management at this place. Horrible benefits for a healthcare company. Even if you’re desperate for work, for your own sanity, stay away.

There are no redeeming qualities.

Cons

The company is poorly managed. When you think of excellence, this is not the place for it. They want strategic vision. however, you can't get there with the talent that us there. They have hacks in all departments. There is no understanding of what it takes to be a mediocre medical device company. Some people are just so insecure. Thus is not the place for people who want results. The environment is outright toxic.

Everything. Management doesn't listen, repeatedly does things that don't work, and then get mad at employees for not making it work, or pointing out that these ideas have never worked.
