Pros

Work from home is the only good thing about this company.

Cons

You will be written up for failure to take breaks at proper times but due to calls sometimes you can't. If you ask your team leads or supervisors questions that a customer has they give generic replies almost like your talking to an automated system but then you will get in trouble for not de-escalating the call.

Pros

Work form home was a plus!

Cons

The role was very fast paced. Customers were able to degrade and talk down upon csr's without being able to disconnect from calls.
