Pay and bonuses for salaries workers. 5% 401k match note that CVS owns (was 6). Four “floating holidays” a year on top of reg time off. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

Lots of change with purchase of company by CVS. Lots of reorg.

Aetna's merger with CVS has opened up new ways of thinking and there is a technological explosion going on. It is a good company that wants to do new things.

Cons

It is 100 years old, health insurance is a tough business and the old ways are getting in the way. Too many layers and way too complicated a company with disparate IT systems.
