Pros
• Diverse and fulfilling project work, lots of different industries and opportunities to work with exciting clients • Engaged and fun company culture, especially so in Denver • Incredibly impressive and smart base of engineers who think outside of the box and contribute to the success of one another • The company structure is wide rather than tall, which makes it feel like the employee base is more connected and approachable. • Flexible remote / hybrid options - default is to work in office 3 days a week, 2 days from home, but they are willing to work with you if you have temp/permanent remote work needs.
Cons
• The nature of the work is consulting, and therefore is subject to frequent and/or prolonged periods of feast and famine. • Downtown location creates a challenge for my commute and for my/my car's security at times.
