Pros
I've been with the company for nearly 10 years, experiencing many changes along the way. Our team is currently the strongest it's ever been. • New ideas are always welcome, and creativity is encouraged across all levels. • The team is talented, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. • Resources for further development like Udemy, Skillshare, Company Training, etc... • The company values diversity and ensures everyone feels welcomed and supported. • Managers are receptive to feedback and actively work to improve the workplace. • Programs are in place to keep refining and enhancing the work environment. • Working remotely is fully supported, with all necessary equipment and software provided.
Cons
• PTO isn’t unlimited, and unused days don’t roll over to the next year, so planning time off carefully is important. • Certain times of the year like Q4 can be especially busy and demanding, which can be challenging for maintaining work-life balance. That being said there is no mandatory OT and the team usually stays because they want to get the job done. • The fast-paced environment and frequent changes mean it’s tough to establish a regular workflow or routine which can be good or bad.
