      I love working for the CMR division

      Pros

      I had a wonderful experience working with the CRM division. I learn a lot, and I have the opportunity to meet a lot of people over the time, as a performance manager I have to travel a lot and that allow me to go to places that I have never done before.

      Bad company for pay, health insurance, & a career

      No micromanaging for the field role

      Cons

      I worked there for 10 years and was suddenly laid off with no warning. Besides that, I was getting around 20% less income than other companies for the same role. I stayed there because the pay would be considerably less than my previous role with any company. The health insurance would have to be probably amongst the cheapest. I had to search high and low for anyone that would accept it. Bottom line is this company cares way more about the bottom line than it's employees. Keep looking is my suggestion or take it and keep looking then leave with no warning. They will do the same to you given enough time.

      Pros

      Remote/Work From Home policy; many talented team members who are great to work with.

      Cons

      Job security is essentially nonexistent. Layoffs are frequent, leading to constant shuffling of responsibilities, plus burnout from the ever-growing workload acquired from those who were let go.
