Pros
Pretty much zero. Most of the employees are good people but that's about it.
Cons
-no company culture -no communication with upper management -employees have no clue what's going on or what the goal is -zero communication or interaction between teams to get the job done - whatever the job is?? -sales = boys club and act like kings -zero career development or room for growth -everyone is extremely underpaid
