What F-Initiv means to me: Bringing in clueless arrogant management from companies such as Cars.com and Nielsen, deny any existence of problems with our products or how terribly employees are treated (HR feigns sincerity about caring, crocodile tears) giving managers large salaries for producing terrible results, #metoo incident that took a very very long time to “resolve”, people being mysteriously let go for not drinking the punch (it’s nauseatingly rancid BTW), the utter farce of an “unlimited” PTO policy, an open door policy of “My door may be literally open but please do not come in and talk to me.”, F grade products but A grade golf game (pop those collars you frat boys in the C-suite) That was a jumbled mess wasn’t it? Just wait until you make the mistake of working here..........you haven’t seen anything yet! (insert evil uncomfortably long laugh)

Talent and experience do not matter. You will be underpaid, disrespected, undervalued, and don't you dare ever expect to be promoted or get a raise. Working here is a nightmare that never seems to end and people are jumping ship like crazy.
