Pros

After reading all of the reviews the consensus is free coffee. Yes, FREE COFFEE! Feel free to stop reading and run now.

Cons

Affinitiv is made up of executives with lack of interpersonal communication skills, little to no startup experience (your fancy bios mean ZERO), are masters of creating red tape processes rather than being agile, give little to no useful direction to employees and have the need for two seats wherever they go (one for themselves and the other for their ego). It’s a matter of time before CIP Capital realizes this is a terrible investment and pulls the plug PS Expect a flurry of positive Glassdoor reviews to be posted soon because the execs egos are hurt. Panhandle for those reviews baby! They put the blame on employees that cannot embrace change as an excuse. No darling, you’re just a disorganized mess and that’s putting it mildly.

Terrible Leadership is Driving this Company into the Ground

Pros

The only pro I can think of is that the company hasn't gone under just yet.

Cons

Terrible pay. No scheduled raises. No raises if you work your butt off. Declining book of business. The company refuses to invest an appropriate amount in the technology they are developing/using. They try to save money by shipping these projects to India. Connectiv1 was supposed to be a brand-new, innovative product to bring to market. Instead, it is just all of the companies legacy systems plugged into a new interface...it's destined to fail. There is no company culture. Upper management doesn't take the time to get to know any employees. You will go weeks without seeing or hearing from your boss. My guess is they are trying to lay low as well before the inevitable happens. It would be interesting to see how much company time & money is wasted on pointing fingers and throwing other employees under the bus instead of working towards a resolution. Oh forgot to mention, the previous CEO basically assaulted an employee at a conference and it took the company ~4 months to finally get rid of him. I'm assuming he was still collecting a paycheck (and still might be). Interested employees - take my advice and look elsewhere. You can tell which reviews on here are obviously fake. You don't want to work at a company that doesn't appreciate it's employees and that is destined to go under in less than 2 years.

Pros

Quite honestly I can’t think of a single pro to working here. Unless of course you like being underpaid, disrespected, flat out lied to, or working for a company with zero direction. Don’t listen to reviews about it being new with potential, that’s how they reel you in. NOBODY I have spoken with is happy here and we all think it’s the worst job/company we have ever seen. Half our products don’t work, the salespeople don’t know how to sell them and our reputation in the marketplace is a JOKE. You can work your tail off, and the cost of living can go up but don’t expect a raise. The company has no money cause so many dealers cancelled on us. Wait I thought of a pro, they give you free coffee.

Cons

See above, I think I covered that
