I wanted to take a minute to provide a counter viewpoint to the negative reviews left here over the last two years. As an early hire following the 2016 mergers, I can attest to the progress this company has shown. Affinitiv provides plenty of opportunity for people who like to build stronger more mature companies as well their own skill set along the way.

Marketing entrepreneurial company environment has been a welcome change from rigid corporate structure I came from. This environment is not for everyone (see my con below that consolidation through acquisition comes with some pain), but that means there is opportunity everywhere. I came from a company that had its departments operate in silos, but have had exposure to all different departments since joining Affinitiv. The pay and vacation are good, but I value the experience the most. It is a great opportunity to learn along side a Company in the investment stage of growth, technology, and employees. I don’t view a great job as one that is easy and can count on coming into work knowing exactly what your day will look like because your expectation is the same as the last day. I view a great job as one that provides you experience to better your career. Affinitiv has delivered on that and based on what we have ahead of us, it will continue to deliver.
