Affinitiv reviews

I've been working at Affinitiv for a year now in the Chicago location. My favorite part about working at Affinitiv is the fact that we are such a strong team. I work in the Marketing Production Department, but am able to work with almost every department at Affinitiv on a day to day basis. I can honestly say this is the first company I’ve felt that every colleague truly cares about helping one another out and providing the best end-result for our clients. Affinitiv has multiple office spaces and while even working with colleagues in different locations, I never feel that there is a lack of communication or difficulty working with one another. Everyone bands together and provides such an inviting space to work.

The teams here are great with a lot of young people eager to roll up their sleeves and learn. Management is kind and hardworking. You never have to worry about feeling micromanaged.
