      Pros

      This is a good job to start off in marketing. Teammates are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Senior management will be the downfall of this company if they don't start getting back on track.

      Pros

      Four companies came into one and now it's called Affinitiv. Many solutions for dealers and have solid relationships with a few OEMs. Growth opportunities within the company looks very promising. Culture is great and is located in the heart of downtown Chicago (across the street from Willis Tower).

      Cons

      Still in work in progress on joining four company. But upper management is working very hard on it. If people say there's no challenges when companies join together, they are probably lying. Most of the negative reviews looks like they came from the legacy (former) company. They are not used to change. If you are not used to change, this company is not for you.
