Affinitiv reviews

There are so many different opportunities within the Affinitiv network and HR continually tries to make life easier for the employees. No one is standing over the employees micro managing them, hours are flexible when necessary and management has a sympathetic ear. Co-workers are pleasant, many have been here a very long time with the legacy companies and although just about everything is different they're still here and willing to do what is asked of them.

I have read the other reviews, and because of them I have decided to make a more positive review because I don't think they accurately depict Affinitiv. Yes, Affinitiv is a newer company and we do have some growing pains, but the people who work in Chicago are very open, friendly, and have been nothing but nice to me and others around them. I have worked with people from other offices and they have also been welcoming. There isn't a dress code, and people overall are very supportive. People collaborate among different teams and partner together on projects which I think is really great. I would definitely recommend Affinitiv to other people, but it takes someone that's going to be flexible and understand that the company is growing and changing. They don't expect crazy work hours, and are very flexible about time off and being sick. They don't treat you how they themselves wouldn't want to be treated. Toxic? Absolutely not.
