Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, there was a thriving company called Autoloop. It was a place where the force of unity, collaboration, and hard work was strong. But all that changed when the dark side of greed, deception, and manipulation came in the form of a company called Affinitiv. The once peaceful and productive environment was quickly dismantled, causing widespread frustration and dissatisfaction among the employees, the Jedi of the company. As the pandemic of COVID-19 swept the galaxy, the dark forces of Affinitiv made a move to cut their losses by layoffs and pay cuts, with no warning or explanation. This was a cruel blow to the morale and trust of the employees, and it felt like the force was draining out of them. The deception didn't stop there, as the dark side of Affinitiv was revealed when it was discovered that they had applied for and received PPP loan funding through multiple subsidiary companies, while simultaneously telling the employees that the company was too large to qualify. This was a betrayal of trust, a true act of the dark side. The response from executive leadership, the Sith Lords, was inadequate and did not address the underlying issues of trust and transparency. The Jedi employees were left to face a toxic and deeply concerning environment, with no hope for redemption. My time at Affinitive was marked by the darkness of the dark side, and I would not recommend this company to any Jedi looking to use the force for good. "Don't try to save a few credits at the expense of losing a fortune."

I have to say it. At first I thought this company was great... after a few months I figured out that every one is just pretending like it's that way. The smiles and good mornings and Teams chats are all a act to make managers look better. Older employees have learned to play along with the lies to get merit increases and promotions. Some even tell managers confidential info so nothing is safe to say even in roundtables. Managers are not helpful or supportive or trustworthy. All they do is treat their employees like children and tell lies and excuses. This company started a long time ago so it is not going through growing pains - like they say - it just does not care about it's employees. No gift cards or hours off is ever going to fix Affinitiv Advertising. We need real changes not cheap bribes. We aren't stupid. We are good employees and we can and will get better jobs with better managers and better pay. The work it's self is alright even though there's alot of it. I want to like it here but if this is they're idea of change then things will never get better - and I think it is. I don't recommend this company. I wish I never agreed to work here.
