Pros

You have the relationships with the OEM's. Strong focus on BMW/MINI only

Cons

No new hire training. Had 3 new managers in 3 months. Mergered 4-5 companies. You have all different systems for each company. Reporting in all different places. Billings are messed up. Company hasn't made a profit in 2+ years. In bad shape.

Easy work, free time to relax

Cons

Company doesn't care about growth or gaining success as a company. Which is fine because its honestly not the company's goal. Goal is to sell and probably sell the company. People are okay overall, but trust me the work is easy. College grads, or young people under think everything is hard.

Leadership is a joke, still talk to a lot of people there and they are just there to cash a check and wait for the house of cards to fall. Blatant lies to customers and OEM’s and blackball anyone that left. Besides the host of lies that thier platform was ever completed and the blatant sales quotas for the “support staff”. Non-bias advice doesn’t come at the hands of a commissioned support team. Oem programs are the biggest misgiving. Cheap but also ineffective.
