Currently no good reason to work there.

Cons

Sales management just wants warm bodies to hit numbers. They do not care personally about the sales people. Job is tailored more for a younger sales person with no family not for a sales person with family obligations. PTO is earned but management will hold it against the rep for using it. The level of turnover and burn out of reps us extremely high.

I can't speak to any current Pros at the company.

Let me count the ways... formerly, you were trusted to do your job and do it well. You had a team behind you, including up to the CEO who would have your back on decisions you made. You were cared about as an employee and as a person. Post-merger, that all went away. Employees became numbers, "perks" fell by the wayside. Annual Christmas bonuses? Gone... with NO notice. granted, they were bonuses, but having been in place for 10 years, they were kind of counted on. No heads up, a lot of employees relied on those bonuses to provide Christmas presents for their kids. Caring culture? wiped. more important to praise the almight dollar... even though your pay was cut when COVID-19 scare happened... at least the investors got their full cut amirite? Benefits... SLASHED... company-paid health insurance for employee? gone.

I am not sure that there are any anymore.

Cons

Horrible morale. People are laid off in mass lay offs every few months. Investment owned company doesn't care about it's employees, everyone is just a number.
