Working with Affinitiv as a summer intern allowed me to gain knowledgeable skills about the industry in a safe learning environment. There are so many people to help you along the way such as your intern manager, people partner, as well as the team you are working with. You are greeted with trainings that go into depth about the industry, the company, and the tasks you will perform. The trainings are a resource you will always have access to and can refer to the whole summer. I have now been able to use the skills I learned as an intern and apply them in my full-time position.
