      Work from home and schedule flexibility.

      Growing too quickly. They are merging and buying and trying to roll out their new divisions without a clear view of how or when.

      Pros

      Payplan changes every 6 months so I have never heard "that s not my job" from so many people before I worked here You have the opportunity to work harder, sell more and make less Don't worry, there is no formal training, you get to figure it out for yourself CEO is running out of scapegoats

      No new products sells Upper management pretends to care, asks for opinion and then does nothing

      Company changes so much that it is hard to find a pro, that doesn't change

      Cons

      Management has not a clue. There is no leadership. Commissions are always wrong and not in your favor...then you have to wait 15 days for the next pay period and hope they get it right. They do not care about the employees. A lot of fluff.
