Coworkers are incredibly friendly Completely Remote (most positions) Lots of perks for just working here

Cons

Working remotely removes the social aspect of an office, but that has nothing to do with Affinitiv itself, more of the work lifestyle that comes with Work From Home.

Prior acquisitions are strategically aligned and the PE vision has tremendous potential.

Cons

Senior leadership lacks vision, industry credibility and ability to execute. Constant change in direction and lack of innovation are destroying company value.

Honestly none that I can think of other than meeting some great co-workers. Insurance is pretty good I would say.

Cons

So many! Pay is not good at all. After a decade of employment…. I wasn’t making much more then when I started. No room for advancement in this company. Poor management from bottom to the top. This place does not care about you period. There is a lot of turnover and layoffs happen more than expected. No work and life balance at Affinitiv.
