Pros

The people are nice, they also give out random half days on Fridays and will award good performers with extra PTO time (but this extra time can only be used on specific days that they outline)

Cons

You will end up working more than 40 hrs/week but with low pay and very little room for promotion/raises. The workload can be really stressful, especially around holidays. Also expect high turnover in this position.

-Higher up admin communicates well with lower staff -good pay and benefits -remote work available -friendly staff and coworkers

Cons

-I don’t really have any cons. People have named theirs in the past, but personally I don’t have any.
