Inside support team for our clients were not dependable. They were underpaid, mostly fresh out of college, In experienced in automotive. Campaigns were ordered for clients in my region and often never got launched. Accurately Projecting monthly revenue was next to impossible. 3 companies that were purchased and merged into Affinitiv had 3 different billing cycles. One in advance of the month, one as campaigns were launch and the other at the end of each month. To cap it off commissions were paid on cash receipts.
