      Pros

      • I often feel supported when I really need the support • Management can really give you the tools you need to advance in your career • LOTS of training when needed • Friendly team, positive work environment • Benefits have improved greatly since switching to Cigna • Work from Home (or anywhere!)

      Cons

      • You may find yourself overloaded at the beginning of every month with new assets and client requests, but management is always willing to offer help and delegate as needed.

      Pros

      Professional working environment. Management is concerned with individual employee growth and achievement. Excellent amount of PTO and paid holidays, benefits are competitive and have improved year over year. Company is stable and profitable.

      Cons

      Meetings. Pay is middling. PTO does not roll over.

      Currently no good reason to work there.

      Cons

      Sales management just wants warm bodies to hit numbers. They do not care personally about the sales people. Job is tailored more for a younger sales person with no family not for a sales person with family obligations. PTO is earned but management will hold it against the rep for using it. The level of turnover and burn out of reps us extremely high.
