Work-from-home Quality co-workers PTO Limited micromanagement Low-level managers try their best, but are restricted by ELT.

Cons

Salary is well below market standard. Insurance benefits are abhorrent. The constant change, restructuring, reorganizing - it's mind-numbing. Constantly losing quality employees due to all the mismanagement by executive leadership.

Extremely heavy workload with no backup. Have to work on weekends and 12+ hours every day. Constant change of management leads to lots of confusion.
