Pros

Autonomous and collaborative work is encouraged; not a lot of micromanaging to worry about.

Cons

Leadership doesn't really listen to any of the employee complaints. In one ear, out the other. Promotions are constantly given to underqualified candidates, whether internal or external. Plenty of talent attrition due to people working for bosses who lack job knowledge. Benefits are decent at best. Only way to progress your career is to be extremely exploited (underpaid & overworked).

They are trying.. now that almost everyone that was good left.

Pros

Some middle management is good but massively overworked. New upper management is much better than the old managment.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, insurance is worse, pay is low, they expect you to do 3 people's jobs, turn around is huge. Everyone that had knowledge left.

Our health care benefits are a robust, comparable plan with an additional Physician’s Network plan that is 100% paid by Affinitiv to ensure all associates are covered.We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our current health benefits while employed with Affinitiv.

Pros

Affinitiv is a company made up of hard working and passionate people who truly care about helping each other and clients while giving back to local communities. The company is very transparent with all that it does. It listens and values team members perspectives. Leadership truly does care and wants Affinitiv to be a great place for all. When different views are expressed, and a decision is made people support it regardless of if it was what they wanted or not. The people are great and always willing to help each other out. The experience as a remote employee has been fantastic. I don't feel alone and get together with my team virtually for social/HH frequently. It’s a good size company - not too large or small therefore you can really make an impact and grow.

Cons

Since Affinitiv is an amalgamation of companies there are some growing pains with merging technology etc. Nothing major just have to be aware of history.
