Great place to learn new things in a collaborative environment

The team at Affinitiv is great. Very hard working and knowledgeable. People are respectful of each other and there is a great environment to learn new things. High level of collaboration and a chance to learn new things each day. The new management is creating an environment where decisions are based on data, which will help Affinitiv continue to grow. Expectations are clear and communicated on a regular basis. The work from home environment is great and the company provides me with the tools and technology that my team and I need to be successful.

Cons

Change can be hard and there is the challenge of achieving results while at the same time putting processes in place. While some people enjoy this, other people don't like the fast pace and high level of accountability. I want to point out that this is NOT a con for everyone, but is for some people. Those people should probably work somewhere else. Advice to Management Keep listening to your employees and keep promoting people from within. As the expression goes, "Don't let the haters get you down" Continue to support and encourage BRIDGE (the Diversity Council) and related Business Resource Groups.

Pros

Have seen a lot of changes with acquisitions, leader changes, but the new management team has its act together and has truly turned the ship around since last summer. I was worried on the new incentive plan which as focussed on revenue and not sales, but all of us that beat our revenue goals are making more money than before. The new healthcare plan is working very well for most of us since our premiums went down and our co-pays are only 10% (earlier was 20%) but some people are not happy but these people complain all the time anyway. Winning changes everything and our clients are buying more from us than ever before.

Cons

I was reading some of the comments here and clearly these are trolls that are mis-stating information. I have seen performance management happen for the first time and non-performers are being let go. These are the trolls that say false things about the positive changes in the company. Most of are us are very happy the are no longer with the company.
