Pros

For the most part, it’s a good environment to work in. PTO is pretty standard. The company provides enough training to help entry level employees understand their role. It’s a good place to start right out of college. Overall, things seemed to be slowly improving.

Cons

Not everyone at this company cares a whole lot. There will be helpful people who go out of their way for you and there will also be people who are looking for shortcuts. Pay isn’t that great. Expectations can be unclear at times. Not a ton of room to grow.

Pros

1) Affinitiv is a great place to work that provides an opportunity to use my skills. 2) Leadership constantly recognizes talent by giving timely promotions. 3) Training avenues provided by the company sponsored programs in the latest technologies is worth mentioning - Azure, ML and others. 4) I see a great collaborative spirit among the team members located in different locations and time zones. 5) Everyone working here tries to uphold the core values of the company on a daily basis - Passion, Integrity, Unity, Innovation and Impact.

Cons

I appreciate all the good work done in the past few months in streamlining the policies in products, people, process and technology. It's important that more emphasis is given to consolidating these initial gains by bringing in cohesion in all the policies above.
