Affinitiv is a company made up of hard working and passionate people who truly care about helping each other and clients while giving back to local communities. The company is very transparent with all that it does. It listens and values team members perspectives. Leadership truly does care and wants Affinitiv to be a great place for all. When different views are expressed, and a decision is made people support it regardless of if it was what they wanted or not. The people are great and always willing to help each other out. The experience as a remote employee has been fantastic. I don't feel alone and get together with my team virtually for social/HH frequently. It’s a good size company - not too large or small therefore you can really make an impact and grow.

Cons

Since Affinitiv is an amalgamation of companies there are some growing pains with merging technology etc. Nothing major just have to be aware of history.

Pros

My company was acquired by Affinitiv a couple of years ago so I was concerned that we would end up 'going corporate' and lose our work culture of camaraderie and teamwork. I am happy to say that even though we have been working remotely for a year now, Affinitiv is very much invested in their employees and maintaining an "A-Team" mentality of inclusion!

Cons

My only con is continuing to work from home...I'm ready to get back to the office!
